I was nervous about using a cleaning service & went with neat based on reviews. It did not disappoint! My cleaner did an amazing job & I was thrilled when I came home to a super clean apartment. They did an exceptional job & were extremely thorough. It's such a weight off knowing the cleaning is taken care of and dare I say, at a much higher standard than I would do myself! Didn’t think the first cleaner sent met expectations/value for money but Jill in the office was understanding and the second cleaner was fabulous - Lucia! Really really happy! Exceeded expectations and made the apartment look great! I never would have been able to do that myself and that was the goal!!

Monique did an amazing job cleaning our 1-bedroom flat last Friday! I don’t know how she did it in just a few hours but it has completely transformed our flat and it is so much nicer to live in now that there is no dust everywhere. She even tidied a little which again did wonders for making our little flat seem just a bit bigger!

We've been extremely happy with the service provided by Neat since the beginning. Gabriela is great; her cleaning is to a high standard and she is very reliable and friendly. The people in the office always keep us informed and respond to any queries promptly and professionally. We are moving shortly but will definitely go back to Neat for a regular housekeeping service once we're settled in our new home.

Turned up on time. Very polite but also very pleasant while cleaning. But never obtrusive. Most importantly did a very thorough job. Totally sorted out cupboards in the kitchen and did an excellent job of ironing. The ironing was a good test with some difficult pieces and she did v well. Overall, no issues and very happy

We had our first cleaning service with Neat this past Saturday. They sent a young and highly competent and communicative cleaner named Indra. She was detailed, did all the specifics that we asked and was cheerful and easy to communicate with. If all Neat's cleaners are like her, I would highly recommend their services.
