About Our Cleaners

All of our cleaners have been fully vetted and they are continually monitored by an inspector. This means that you can be sure that the cleaner you receive to clean your home will be reliable. The same cleaner works within your property every single week and on the rare occasions that they are on leave, temporary cover will be provided.

If you have any queries at any time regarding the service you are receiving or about your cleaner, you can easily contact us at any time. You have full agency support and you are also covered by our Public Liability insurance. We cover up to £1,000,000 so if our cleaners damage your property or cause you a financial loss for whatever reason then you can make a claim on our insurance.

How Our Service Works

Before our cleaners are allowed to work for us, they first have to undergo a vetting process. They each have to give two references from previous employers. They also have to be able to provide photographic ID, permission to work within the UK if they are from a different country and they have to provide proof of their address. Once satisfied, they then have to pass a cleaning practical examination. Our final requirement is that they possess a good level of English.

Our fee overall is £8.50 per hour. £6.00 of that is paid to the cleaner and £2.50 is paid to the agency. The agency fees are charged annually and they are taken directly to the agency. The cleaner fees are paid at the end of each day that the cleaner works for you and they are paid directly to the cleaner. You need to hire our cleaners for at least 2.5 hours each week.

The products that our cleaners use are typically provided by you. We have discovered that most clients prefer their own materials to be used so that their home smells and looks exactly how they like. It can also prevent pet hair and dust mites to be passed from home to home.

You don’t have to be at home for our cleaners to carry out their work. If you are not going to be at home simply use a safety deposit form provided by the agency and leave your keys with the cleaner. If you would prefer to be at home when the cleaner is working then that is no problem. We even charge the same rate at weekends so you should always be able to hire a cleaner to suit your schedule.

We do offer a fantastic ironing service too. So if you would like your clothes ironed then please let us know. That way we can ensure that you are hiring a cleaner who can also iron too. The fee for ironing is included as standard and is the same rate as the cleaning fee.
