1.Which areas are covered by Neat Services?

Currently Neat Services only operates within the Greater London area. ^ Top ^

2.Is there a minimum amount of hours the cleaners will work?

We only allow our cleaners to work for a minimum of 2.5 hours each day. This ensures that they make decent earnings. It is not possible to book only hour long cleaning sessions. ^ Top ^

3.Is there a maximum amount of hours the cleaners will work?

No. You can use our cleaning services as often as you like. ^ Top ^

4.If I book weekly cleaning sessions, will I receive the same cleaner each week?

Yes we aim to send you the same cleaner each week. We feel that this is the best option as they already know how you like your home to be cleaned. It also helps to build trust so that eventually you will feel completely comfortable leaving the cleaner in charge. It can be stressful having different people coming and going so you should receive the same cleaner each week.

On the rare occasions where your regular cleaner is on holiday or sick, we will send a temporary replacement.^ Top ^

5.Do you charge extra fees for weekends and/or holidays?

No. It doesn’t matter when you order our cleaning services; you will never have to pay extra. So hiring your cleaner on a weekend will cost you the same as it would throughout the week. ^ Top ^

6.Do the cleaners use their own products?

Typically it is recommended that our cleaners use your cleaning materials. This prevents pet hair and dust mites being passed around from home to home. It also gives you more of a say how your home looks and smells. ^ Top ^

7.What working hours do your cleaners work?

Generally all of our cleaners work from 09:00 until 18:00 any day of the week. However if you would like the cleaner to work a little later than 18:00 then you should arrange it with Neat Services beforehand.^ Top ^

8.Will I be able to book a cleaner on any day I choose?

Usually we provide cleaners on the day that you select. However, there may be times when we are fully booked on a particular day. If so we will present you with alternative days for you to choose from.^ Top ^

9.What if my cleaner breaks something in my home?

All of our cleaners are efficient and reliable but on the rare occasion they may break something in your home, you are covered by our insurance policy. Our comprehensive cover will pay up to £1,000,000. ^ Top ^

10.Can your cleaners still work if I go on holiday?

Our cleaners can still work whilst you are on holiday. You will just have to leave us your keys so that they can access your home. This is also a good idea to deter burglars too.

If you have weekly cleaning sessions set up and you do not want your cleaner in your home whilst you are away then please let us know before you go away. Agency fees will still be payable, but you will not have to pay your cleaner.^ Top ^

11.How do I pay?

Our regular hourly rate is £8.50. £2.50 of that are agency fees and they are paid quarterly direct to us. However the other £6.00 is the cleaner’s fee and that should be paid after each shift that they complete directly to them. ^ Top ^

12.What happens if my cleaner doesn’t arrive?

If your cleaner doesn’t turn up then please let us know ASAP and we will arrange for another cleaner to arrive.^ Top ^

13.I’m moving can I still hire my regular cleaner?

It is possible to transfer your account to your new address as long as you are still moving to the Greater London area.^ Top ^

14.Do you offer a one off cleaning service?

We do offer a one off cleaning service but the rate is slightly different to our regular cleaning rate. If you do only require a one off cleaning session then the charge will be £17 per hour and there is a minimum 3 hour requirement. ^ Top ^

15.Do I have to be home when the cleaner arrives?

Our cleaners can work with you in or out of the home. If you are going to be at work or out for the day then you can simply leave your keys with the cleaner.^ Top ^

16.I have pets. What should I do with them whilst the cleaner is in my home?

If you have pets then it is advisable to let us know this before we send out a cleaner. There may be some cleaners who are not happy working around dogs or cats for example. So if you let us know what types of pets you have then we can arrange a cleaner who is happy to work around them.^ Top ^

17.How do I arrange a cleaning session?
