The aim of Neat Services is to give the best possible cleaning results at affordable prices. It doesn’t matter whether you hire our cleaners on a normal weekday, a weekend or a bank holiday; you will only ever be charged the same rate.

We are based in the Greater London area and we select our cleaners only after they have passed a vetting process. They are required to give us two references and photo ID. They should also be able to prove their address and have an excellent grasp of the English language. If they are from a different country then they will also need to provide us with proof of their permission to work within the UK. This vetting process is in place to ensure that all of our customers get the most reliable and trustworthy service.

Another advantage to our company is that we protect you and your home with our comprehensive insurance cover. You will be covered up to £1,000,000. So if anything were to break for example, it would be covered and you would get the money back to replace it. However all of our cleaners are efficient and reliable. This means that you should not have to worry about any accidents whilst they are working.

Overall you can choose how often you want your cleaner to work for you. Whether it be a one off clean or a regular weekly arrangement, as long as you pay for at least 2.5 hours at a time you can use our services as often as you like. It is also worth noting that we offer an ironing service as well as other extra’s that you may need such as loading the dishwasher or washing up.
